About the Role
Dewey Beer Co. is seeking a creative, organized, and strategy-driven Social Media Manager to help tell the story of not only Dewey Beer, but also our partner brands Pizza Machine and Sun N’ Shade. This full-time hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and loves crafting standout digital content.
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll work directly with the Creative Director to plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, develop impactful content, and help shape the online identity of our brands.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Strategy
Produce engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each brand’s audience.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all platforms.
Assist in developing, refining, and executing seasonal marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Maintain organized and forward-looking content calendars for Dewey Beer Co., Pizza Machine, and Sun N’ Shade.
Provide on-site coverage for select events, beer releases, and pop-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across all major platforms and share actionable insights.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the Creative Director and internal teams to align messaging and support brand initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and event coverage.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Ability to conceptualize and produce mobile-first video content.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Ability to work a few nights and weekends throughout the year for events or coverage.
Bonus Skills
Experience in photography, videography, or graphic design.
Familiarity with craft beer and/or hospitality industries.
Previous social media or brand management experience.
