Social Media Manager

Position Summary

Dewey Beer Co. is looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Manager to join our team and bring the Dewey Beer brand to life across social platforms. This role will manage day-to-day social content, develop engaging posts and campaigns, capture photo/video content, and help showcase our beers, events, taprooms, and the people behind the brand.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in social media management and/or content creation

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms

• Creative eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling

• Ability to create fun, engaging, on-brand content

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Photography and/or videography experience is a major plus

• Must be available for occasional nights, weekends, and events

Assistant Front of House Manager

The Assistant Front of House Manager helps lead daily taproom operations, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy guest experience that reflects the Dewey Beer brand. This role supports staff management, service standards, and overall floor execution while working closely with the General Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the supervision and training of FOH staff

• Maintaining strong service standards and guest satisfaction

• Supporting scheduling, inventory, and daily operations

• Leading shifts and resolving guest needs in real time

• Upholding cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
